Review by hotel critic
Hotel Roma provided a solid all-around experience with clean rooms, good breakfast, spacious room, and powerful AC. the location was excellent, with easy access to transportation. Highly recommended for a stress-free and unforgettable stay in Lisbon! the breakfast selection was excellent, including a make-your-own-pancake machine that was a hit with some in our group. the staff efficiently resolved any issues, ensuring a pleasant stay. the rooms were spacious but slightly outdated. the convenience of amenities like a small fridge in the room made the stay more comfortable. the location was ideal, but the pricing during high season was a bit steep for a 3-star hotel. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and getting around was easy with nearby transportation options. the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, adding to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. In conclusion, Hotel Roma's strategic location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff make it an ideal retreat for travelers seeking tranquility and convenience in Lisbon. the experience was made even better with the charming atmosphere and delightful gastronomy, truly a home away from home for families, couples, and professionals alike.
